The Biltong Spiced Wood-fired Lamb with Smoked Pineapple & Mint Relish, and the Coal Roasted Chermoula Chicken, Mt Zero Lentils & Hung Yoghurt, are two-star dishes that will revive your sensory connection to unpretentious quality food.
